Sara Bartlett, Project Manager

Sara has spent her professional life building relationships, bringing projects to life, and contributing to community initiatives.

She has worked in the not-for-profit food security sector, collaborating with farmers, universities, and community groups to advance knowledge, policies, and actions on seed-saving and agroecology. Sara has also worked for various small local businesses in the organic food industry and currently runs her 10-acre farm.

Sara holds a horticulture diploma from the University of Guelph and is currently completing the Restoration of Natural Systems program at the University of Victoria. In addition, she is receiving soil microbiology and microscopy training through Dr. Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School.
